1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Betwixt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Betwixt is an agent operating layer that coordinates AI models (Claude, Codex, Gemini, GPT, and others) behind a single interface. The service includes the Betwixt CLI, web dashboard, desktop application, Memory-OS, and related APIs.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Betwixt stores API keys locally on your device using strong encryption. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Bring Your Own Keys

Betwixt operates on a bring-your-own-keys model. You provide API keys from your chosen AI providers. Betwixt routes requests to these providers on your behalf. You are responsible for compliance with each provider's terms of service and usage policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Betwixt to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

Betwixt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Betwixt after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
