Betwixt collects only the information necessary to provide our services. This includes your email address when you create an account, usage data for service improvement, and any content you choose to store in Memory-OS.

2. Local-First Architecture

Betwixt is designed with a local-first architecture. Your API keys are encrypted and stored exclusively on your device. Memory data stays on your machine by default. Cloud sync is optional and always under your control.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to provide and maintain Betwixt services, improve performance and reliability, communicate service updates, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Security

We implement enterprise-grade security measures including end-to-end encryption, access controls, and audit logging. API keys never leave your device. All data in transit uses TLS 1.3.
